Locked Out and Lost
Hello – I have been locked out of my email address is thirty six hours ago, the “Remembered” password cleared from my log on page and I did not remember my password. I attempted log on to many times and the system locked me out. I later found my password, so I have the correct password at this time and I am still locked out. Can you please tell me how I can regain access to my email account? Your help will be greatly appreciated. My account is very old and I did not set up an alternate email address. Sincere Thanks

i have the exact same problem.. i have the correct password now but aparently the account is locked and even with the correct password it wont let me in... i posted my problem 14 hours ago and no one from microsoft has even viewed my post yet... they will probably just post the link here for u to validate ur windows live id... and if u dont know/remeber the information u used to create the email that wont work... like in my case... im guessing that practically im screwed and will lose all the money put into that xbox live gamertag that is linked to that windows live id.. whatever... ill find u the validation link myself and see if that helps u.Report as Abuse

- The account or password on your sing in screen is incorrect or not updated.
- Your browser's cache is full.
- You entered an incorrect password for your Windows Live ID.
